PCH ST. PATRICK’S DAY PRIZE WINNER WANTS TO WIN MILLIONS NEXT TIME
You’ve read recently here about prize winner Jon from Wisconsin who won $10,000 from PCH on St. Patrick’s Day. Since that lucky day he and I have had a good email exchange going back and forth – including the photo of Jon and me below. He told me how his mother cried with joy and disbelief over the PCH Prize Patrol visit, and how he is still astounded that he won.
Jon’s first email said, “Thank you so much!!! I had been entering everyday at pch.com and kinda hoping that PCH would be coming to my house. But WOW!! You guys did!!!” Then he added, “Thanks for waiting for me almost all afternoon!” referring to the hours that the PCH Prize Patrol van hung around hoping Jon would soon come home.
Jon had to admit that he entered the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes frequently hoping to win millions from a giant PCH SuperPrize. That would have afforded him a total house makeover – or even a new dream house. “But hey,” he said, “$10,000.00 was AWESOME!! Now I can get myself out of debt!!”
You can tell from all the exclamation points that Jon was one happy dude, even two days after the winning moment. “I am so happy that you came!! It was a great pleasure meeting you. Thank you soooo much!!”
That’s the spirit! It would be our great pleasure to return to Appleton, knock on Jon’s door and announce, “You’re a Publishers Clearing House winner – again! Here are more balloons, roses … and another Big Check!”
At this point you may be saying, “OK, Dave! That’s ENOUGH about Jon. How about giving ME a chance to win?!?!?”
