PCH Sweepstakes Winner to be Featured on TLC’s “The Lottery Changed My Life”

Imagine for a moment that you’re just sitting at home, thinking about your kids’ college tuition, the electric bill, the water bill, the mortgage, the lease on your car and the various other bills you’re expecting. All of a sudden, the doorbell rings… you take the time out of your busy thoughts to answer it, and standing before you is the famous PCH Prize Patrol holding champagne, roses, balloons and the famous giant check! Then you continue to imagine Dave’s familiar face as he announces that you’re the newest sweepstakes winner!

Only a handful of people ever get to experience the thrill of winning the lottery or a big sweepstakes, so TLC has created a show that features winners across the country, showing their lifestyles and what they’re doing with their winnings. The PCH Sweepstakes has changed many lives in its history, so it is only appropriate that TLC’s “The Lottery Changed My Life” is featuring PCH Sweepstakes winner, Natalie Bostelman!

What would you do if you won the PCH Sweepstakes? I think the most common thing someone would do is buy a new car, or pay off their mortgage. I personally would probably go to the animal shelter and walk away with a bunch of rescued dogs. Too many times have I been to an animal shelter and walked away on the verge of tears.

Make sure to tune in this Sunday, August 29 at 10 p.m. to find out what other big lotto and sweepstakes winners have done with their winnings including our very own Natalie Bostelman. And remember to keep entering the PCH sweepstakes. Who knows, you may be featured on “The Lottery Changed My Life” someday as well!

If you’re asking how much I’ve caelld in to WIP, I’m a young head so I really didn’t start listening/calling in until I was living in Philly 2008 (the first time I caelld in was to discuss the upcoming Eagles-Giants playoff game as an interested third party they didn’t enjoy that too much. Got made fun of for Jim Zorn.) Been off and on recently, but since I’m not an Eagles fan they really don’t seem to have much use for me. Unless it’s at that real desperate time of night where Ricky Ricardo/Big Daddy Graham are reminiscing about the good old days of Greasy Neale. But I try not to stare into that particular abyss too often.

Part of our Black Friday ritual is skctoing up for Toys For Tots. We’ve been donating to them for many years since our daughters were very young and now at 17 & 19 they feel the desire to remind me to get the toys each year! After all, who can resist a marine in uniform? This year, we also put together packages for the local women &children’s shelter. All year long my daughter and I make comfort quilts and pillowcases to donate there, but this year there was a special need of some other items that we felt compelled to help out with.

If I won I’d help everyone in need that I came across. I’m a simple person, who doesn’t need much, but I know so many who need it more than I. If won I would make it my mission to take care of those in need. Only then will I feel truly rich!

I don’t think anyone from PCH sees the posts here, but, for the record, if I finally won from any of the PCH contests, I’d be able to stop stressing out so much. I have been entering with PCH since 32 years now and none of my entries have ever won anything. I’m beginning to think they cherry pick the winners.

      Hi Lee,

All the posts on this blog are read by PCH staff.

Our mailings are opportunities for a chance to win, and provide clear information that the recipient has not yet won any prize, must enter by the deadline, and must be chosen to win. In order to win an entry must be selected by random drawing or match the winning number selected. Please remember that while we receive entries from all across the land only one individual can actually win each giveaway. All PCH prizes of $500 or greater are awarded by either certified mail, or in person by our famous Prize Patrol. These awards are done as soon as all winning entries and prizes are matched.

While we have promoted our famous sweepstakes for over 40 years as a way to draw attention to our unbeatable magazine deals and value-based merchandise offerings no purchase is ever necessary to enter or win. You may be interested to know that the majority of our major prize winners have not ordered with their winning entry! Of course, if you do choose to order, our guarantee policy allows you to return any product or cancel a magazine subscription if you are not happy with your order.

All promotional mailings from Publishers Clearing House carry a prominent “Sweepstakes Facts” insert that among other information states the prize value and odds of winning. The insert reminds all recipients that:

You Have Not Yet Won. All Entries Have The Same Chance of Winning. The winner has not been identified. We don’t know who the winner is. If you enter our Sweepstakes, your entry will have the same chance to win as every other entry.

Enter For Free. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. Just mail the entry form included in this mailing or follow the instructions in the Official Rules.

Enter As Often As You Like. You don’t have to wait for us to mail you an entry form. You may submit additional entries simply by writing to us at Publishers Clearing House, 101 Winners Circle, Port Washington, NY 11050. Each time you write to us you will be entered once in each ongoing Sweepstakes. Each entry request must be mailed separately.

Buying Won’t Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something. It would not be lawful to give any advantage to buyers in a Sweepstakes.

      Regards,
      Chris @ PCH
