Keep Your 2011 New Year’s Resolution With PCH Products!

This year, I’m going to make exercise more of a priority as part of my 2011 New Year’s resolution! Unfortunately, managing an exercise schedule can be costly and time consuming. I was a little skeptical to try this out at first. I mean, it looks so simple, how could it possibly work out my muscles? But after using the Pilates Multi Gym, I am a true believer that exercise and staying fit are possible without a costly gym membership! You don’t have to commit to an expensive contract to fulfill your 2011 New Year’s resolution.

I was really surprised when I used the Pilates Multi Gym for the first time. I tried an exercise called Lateral Rises, where you stand with both feet on the center of the tube, cross the tube (so there isn’t any slack) and slowly raise your arms out and up to shoulder height, like a “T.” I couldn’t believe the burn I could feel in my upper arms and shoulders, or how increasingly difficult the Lateral Rises became! I guess I have more work ahead of me than I thought!

What makes this product so terrific to exercise with? It’s easy to use and there are so many different areas it can work out! The Pilates Multi Gym comes with 12 illustrated examples of Pilates exercises on the Easy Start workout poster, which also informs you of the muscles you are working out.

Another great thing about the Pilates Multi Gym is that it’s low-impact, which can make an effective workout if high-impact exercise isn’t for you. It can also make an excellent warm-up or cool down for exercises like running or jogging. Either way, this is a wonderful tool to help you kick off your New Year’s resolution.

    Thanks for the Hugs, Vickie! I heard in a special report on the news this morning that a hug for 30 seconds or longer increases production of the hormone oxytocin and can help reduce stress and decrease the risk of heart disease. So, in addition to making us “feel good,” there may be some scientific evidence that hugs may actually be physically good for us! I wish you and all of our PCH fans many hugs!
