Publishers Clearing House Winners 2011

It may be a little premature to “look back” at Publishers Clearing House Winners of 2011, but who couldn’t use a dreamy pick-me-up to remind you PCHers that miracles do happen and that PCH dreams come true?!

When I heard that the latest PCH Winner of 2011, Veronica Trombino, was a nurse, it was especially exciting that someone who changes lives every day won the PCH big sweepstakes prize of $10,000.00. I think, nurses and doctors and other health professionals can be considered part of their own special “Prize Patrol” who make dreams come true by performing medical miracles including healing ailments or replacing broken limbs. I also have special family members studying to become part of this world, so I know how hard they study and work for these positions.

Another 2011 PCH winner is Donna Guziejka of Henrico, Virginia. While receiving her $10,000 cash prize, Donna pointed out that her son said she was “wasting stamps” by sending in her PCH sweepstakes entries. And even though Publishers Clearing House has developed tons of ways for people to win online, this just proves that winning Big Sweepstakes Prizes through the mail is just as effective, fun, and possible! At the end of her presentation, one of Donna’s co-workers said “An angel was looking out for you.” It seems the angel’s connection was made possible by Donna entering a Publishers Clearing House Big prize sweepstakes herself!

2011 certainly got off to a good start for these PCH sweepstakes winners, and the good news is there are still plenty of sweepstakes prizes to be awarded – so keep on entering! Aching to see the real-life events that happen? Visit PCHTV.com and enjoy!

I just called the phone number for the contest audit. Card said not to call before 4 pm April 29th. Called today May 3rd and winning number announcement is closed! Winners lists don’t show anything. Envelopes say guaranteed winners at my zip code but they never post a winner with my zip code and I enter every time. How do I find out who in my zip code won (even if it is only $100)?

      Hi Deb,

The audit card that you received provided a toll free phone number for them to call after 4:00 PM on April 29, 2011 to see who was the winner of the $100,000.00 Tax Free Award (Giveaway Number 1829). The winner is selected from all entries received from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. We do not know the name or the location of the winner prior to the draw.

This selection process is detailed in the Sweepstakes Facts/Official rules pamphlet included in every sweepstakes mailing and under the Sweepstakes Facts and Official rules links on online entries.

The Local Area Giveaway (Giveaway 1907) has not yet been awarded.

To determine which draws you are entering, when their end dates are and what your odds of winning are, please review the “Sweepstakes Facts” pamphlet that came with your entry or click on the “Sweepstakes Facts” link on your online entry form. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Best of luck in the sweepstakes!
      Jodi @ PCH

      2. PCH Customer Service PCH Customer Service says:

        Hello Cyntalya,

The bar is a valid confirmation that your entry was submitted. Good Luck!

I enter every day, and pray to god every night that I win. Im turning 20 this year and I have nothing. My family turned their back on me, My father left but not after tormentig all of us, and now I struggle to work, get through school, and bills. My credit cards have a small limit but I have been using them to help with school which means they are almost maxed. Aside from that I have a car to pay for and a puppy, HollyBerry. My boyfriend and I have tried saving but my money goes to school and the dog, So I can’t seem to get any where. I just wish I could win. Ive lived through so much and thought I would be further by now. Atleast be paying for a house, but its out of the question because we can’t afford it. I want to win so bad. So I can start over, a new life, a new home, and Ican pay everything off and just focus on school. Thats all I really want. Just enough to get me that far. I want to WIN!

    Sincerely,

    Katelyn Moore

I do not think anyone is winning the big money prizes. I had been sending in form and doing searches for years and had never won anything. It would be nice to win a much money to pay off some of my bills.

      Hi Kim,

People have certainly been winning our large cash prizes! The last $1 Million winner was Karen Anderson of Bella Vista, AR in February 2011. For more winner information please visit: http://customerservice.pch.com/winners/winner-lists

Please note that the number of years you’ve been entering doesn’t increase your chances of winning. All entries received have the exact same chance. Our mailings are opportunies for a chance to win and provide clear information that the recipient:

      – hasn’t yet won
      – may enter without ordering
      – must be randomly chosen from all other entries to win

In order to win an entry must be selected by random drawing or match the winning number selected. Please remember that while we receive entries from all across the land only one individual can actually win each giveaway. All PCH prizes of $500 or greater are awarded by either certified mail, or in person by our famous Prize Patrol. These awards are done as soon as all winning entries and prizes are matched.

      Good luck in the sweepstakes,
      Alanna @ PCH

I have noticed the winners seem to come from a few select states how is that? I noticed there are very few winners from missouri. why are there so many winners in states like ohio or cali?? and a few others….

    1. PCH Customer Service PCH Customer Service says:

      Hello Brandhorst,

We have had prize winners in every state. At Publishers Clearing House our winner selection process is completely random and unbiased and is conducted by independent auditors and Giveaway Supervisors. We have no way of determining who our winners may be or where they may come from. Our most recent winners can be found on the top of our web site on the scrolling bar and under the “Winners Circle” link.

Our mailings are opportunities for a chance to win, and provide clear information that the recipient has not yet won any prize, must enter by the deadline, and must be chosen to win. I have been playing this game for 11 years and haven’t won one dollar. Before I didn’t need any money I was doing fine, but now I can’t work anymore and you might as well forget about SS. I have to make more than what I’m getting to survive.
Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.

    Have a good day
    Carol
