PCH Prize Patrol – Behind The Scenes Bloopers!

Being a member of the PCH Prize Patrol Elite team truly is the most exciting and rewarding experience.  My blog followers and PCH Fans on Facebook  always comment on how this must be the best job in the world…and to me, I really believe it is!  What could be better than traveling around the country to surprise PCH Sweepstakes winners with balloons, flowers, champagne and that BIG PCH check!?

After a sweepstakes giveaway, fans love watching the exciting winning moments on PCHTV.com.  But things don’t always run as smoothly as they appear in those minute-long clips.  More times than not, the PCH Prize Patrol arrive at the sweepstakes winner’s door just to realize that nobody is home!  That is when we have to be creative and find out where the winner could be.  Usually our first tactic is to knock on a neighbor’s door to see if they know where the winner is or where they work.  If that fails, we basically just wait around the sweepstakes winner’s house in hopes they will return home soon.  Now those idle hours may seem like a bore to some, but to the PCH Prize Patrol it just adds to the PCH Winning Moment excitement!

With all that time spent waiting, the PCH Prize Patrol has plenty of time to enjoy ourselves, and along the way we have made some humorous “bloopers”.  Here is a behind the scenes look at some of the “bloopers” the PCH Prize Patrol haves experienced on the road… and as you can see, we are still having a blast!

When the $10,000 St. Patrick’s Day winner Veronica Trombino from Fort Lauderdale was not home, we wandered the block in hopes of finding a neighbor with information – and along the way stumbled upon some entertaining experiences!  Our most recent $1 Million winner, Karen Anderson, also had the Prize Patrol playing the waiting game…and we had fun with it.  I guess that long day of waiting had us all a little tired since we couldn’t get the “Hip Hip Hooray” right.

I hope you have enjoyed this behind the scenes look at the PCH Prize Patrol on the road.  We truly love what we do, and as you can see, we have a great deal of fun doing it! Visit www.pch.com to enter today and the Prize Patrol could be knocking on your door next (or waiting for a few hours on your block, having a blast).
