I wish I could scam enough people to be able to pay for a TV commercial to take advantage of even more potential “winners”.

      Hi Mike,

PCH is a legitimate sweepstakes company. Over the years, Publishers Clearing House has awarded over $233 Million in prizes to people all over the United States and Canada. To see some of those winning moments, visit http://www.pchtv.com. PCH Sweepstakes winners are chosen at random, and each entry has the same chance of winning. First of all, Good luck to everyone trying to win, second, Victoria? It sounds like you are cutting and pasting to reply, especially when the person you are replying to already knows that they have been scammed or attempted to be scammed. I really doubt you need to say the same thing over and over, especially when they tell you “scam alert” lol, oh well. if this hurts my miniscule chance at winning so be it, I just had to say something because the cut and paste responses seem scammlike themselves.

PCH is a Scam in itself. Having entered PCH Sweepstakes for over 30 years, entering daily via the internet, never won a penny or more. DON’T WORRY – YOU’LL NEVER WIN – THERE ARE REALLY NO WINNERS! It’s so easy to create a first name and initial, pick a town and presto, you’ve identified a non-existent winner on your website. CERTIFIED E-MAIL – Never Heard of Such a Creature – Certified Mail we all know about, Prize Patrol Van self explanatory-go to your momma’s house again and let’s pretend someone really won something with PCH – Someone’s Aunt, Uncle, Parent, Grandparent or Child of Publisher’s Clearing House CEO’s.

  9. Karen Mezzetta says:

I just reported this to your fraud dept at 800-392-4190:

My husband got a call from “Steve Hunter” at 876-440-6758 which our caller I.D. identified as a cell phone number.

“Steve” told my husband he was a $1 Million dollar winner. Package nbr 112976. To claim this package he was told to go to WalMart and buy a “Pay Pal Green Dot Card” for $200. We asked for a PCH phone nbr to verify our winning. Phone nbr given was 580-366-6403. We have not called either this nbr or the original one that came thru.

My wife got on-line and looked at PCH Fraud Dept info and we called and reported this scam.

They are attempting to prey on Senior Citizens – he asked if my husband is a senior and if he is collecting any “Government Payouts”.

These people are disgusting. Should I file a complaint with any government agency?
