PCH Consumer Affairs Division

This e-mail is submitted in connection to the above customer account, wherein I am receiving threatening letter for collection, and yet my payments covering half of the amount due has not been credited and penalties are continously being added. I will be more than happy to return the items requested, and will not provide any additional payments until all penalties have been removed and the account properly credited.
Kindly advise the undersigned of your decision as promptly as possible.
