Protect Yourself Against PCH Scams — Here’s How!

Hey Friends and Fans,

If you’re a fan of any of our Fan Pages on Facebook, you may have seen me alerting fans to PCH scams in my comments. Here at PCH, we’re working tirelessly to stop these swarthy scammers and protect YOU…always! We’d also like you to keep in mind that there are things YOU can do to protect yourself, as well. Here are a few tips:

1. Official PCH Fan Pages DO NOT send or accept friend requests. That means if you receive a friend request from someone claiming to be from PCH, you can rest assured that this person is absolutely not from PCH.

2. Official PCH Fan Pages DO NOT send private messages! So, if you wander into your Facebook inbox and you notice you’ve received a message from someone who may have the same username or photo as Danielle Lam, you can ALSO rest assured that you are not dealing with the real PCH and the person who sent you this message is 100% a PCH scammer!

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you are still unsure about whether something is a Publishers Clearing House scam, there’s another easy way to stay safe. If the message says that you must pay, buy something or drive somewhere to claim a prize, then it’s DEFINITELY a Publishers Clearing House scam! We’ll NEVER ask you to pay a cent or do any of the above in order to claim a prize. PLUS, PCH will never notify you about winning a prize through a Facebook message. It just won’t happen!

And remember, the only truly official PCH Fan Pages are those that I like! I invite you to take a look at them and check them against your “Liked” pages.

I know it’s scary to think about, but these PCH scammers want nothing more than to take advantage of your trust. And with our August 31st Prize Event fast approaching, unfortunately they will probably be ramping up their efforts. Don’t let them fool you or those you love! Besides, you know if you win big on August 31st, the Prize Patrol will be AT YOUR DOOR with a big check – not sending you a message on Facebook!

Keep these tips in mind and share this message with other PCH fans! And remember, if you EVER have any questions, let us know!

Stay safe and best of luck!

Jussie Wilder

P.S. PCHSearch&Win is opening the vault and giving away over $4,000.00 in prizes today! Be sure to search away and you could win big!
