PCH 2012 — A Winning Year in Review!

Don’t you love those year in review articles in all the magazines’ year-end issues that compile the best of the best before it’s time to ring in the new year? I do. Of course, here at PCH, the year in review list that we enjoy most isn’t the year in music, movies or even politics. No. Here at PCH, it’s the life-changing prizes that helped make 2012 a winning year for many of our Publishers Clearing House award recipients that tops our list!

This year to date, PCH has awarded $16,594,833.98 to 33,804 winners! WOW!!! You read that right. OVER $16 MILLION! And we’re not stopping anytime soon. Those numbers continue to go up, up, up! Did you know that PCH averages a winner every 10 minutes in its network of online play and win sites?

Here are just some of Publishers Clearing House’s lucky 2012 SuperPrize winners from our very own winning year in review:

February 29th, 2012: Nobody was more surprised than $1,000.000.00 winner Jason Clark to see Dave Sayer, Todd Sloane and Danielle Lam of the PCH Prize Patrol at his house when he got home and found out he was our latest millionaire! He may have been “speechless,” , but his smile said it all.

May 31st, 2012: Tari Woods of Colorado became a Rocky Mountain Millionaire thanks to Publishers Clearing House. When Tari saw her name written on the infamous Big Check, along with balloons, champagne and roses, she knew that the plaque that hangs in her living room was true: Dreams Do Come True.

August 31st, 2012: John Wyllie’s moving reaction upon learning that he won the “Forever” Prize from Publishers Clearing House made everyone here at PCH smile a little wider! When John won the “Forever” Prize, he landed himself $5,000.00 a week for life, plus after that, another $5,000.00 a week for life for someone of his choosing. Now that’s a win-win!

November 30th, 2012: Was there anything more endearing than the look on Rory Bellamy’s face when he realized that he won $1,000,000.00? When Rory smiled and said, “Is this really happening to me,” the whole PCH Prize Patrol felt it was well worth their six-hour wait!

December 12th, 2012: Gerard Rivera — the first-ever PCHlotto millionaire — recently had to leave his job, so when The Prize Patrol showed up to let him know he won 1.25 million dollars, it couldn’t have come at a better time. Gerard’s wife and two young daughters were equally thrilled, as was everyone here at Publishers Clearing House!

We at PCH are SO pleased with the success of 2012 and are looking forward to making more dreams come true in 2013. Next year, there are even MORE opportunities to win prizes than ever before, and more ways to enter, too. We’ll be telling you all about it in a few days, so stay tuned to the PCH Blog! And until then, make sure you visit our sites including PCHSearch&Win, PCHlotto, PCHgames and help us make 2013 a winning year for all of you!

Kate M.

P.S. What were some of YOUR best moments of 2012? Tell us all about it in the comments section below.

OVER 16,000,000.00 in one year.. OMGosh! Incredible!
I would have been so happy with 1/16 of that.. :) I tried and tried .. very hard.. NOPE!
I did see each and every winning video as it came out … maybe I will keep on keeping on in 2013. However, not sure… I put too much time and energy into it and it has changed my whole life! Not the way I wanted but trust me when I say it has changed it! Happy New Years all you PCHers!!!

hi I am louisina sterling 9 years old daughter.my mom doesn’t know I am doing this because she is sleeping because she came from her 18 hour job. I have a really bad life. my family always have to struggle and I have reasons.me and my brother didn’t get any Christmas presents this year but I didn’t care because I love my mom more then present but still wish I could get a present. Also my dad lost his job . he haven’t had a job for 3 years. Because of that he couldn’t help pay the bills and made us lose are house. now we live in a small apartment with only one bedroom. I am also afraid my parents wont be able to send me and my brother to collage. I really want to go to collage because I want a better life than now.I also always wanted a Papillion puppy and my parents could get me one but they cant afford the insurance.so please on febuary 28 come to my apartment and say we won 5,000 dollars a week for life. I know febuary 28th is Thursday and I have to go to school but I hope my mom picks me up early from school saying we won . I know there is a god and please let us have a better life. I work hard to make my mom proud by getting straight a+’s at school. I will keep on praying.

I cannot fathobm how to utilize Search & Win; but it would be the berries to bercome a winner, but I feel its a lost cause to attempt due to the Search and
