Someone claiming to be John Princiotta contacted my mother by mail. He told her she had won $1,000,000.00 and sent a check for about $12,000 for taxes and insurance on the prize money. He asked her to call him at 604-500-8142 or 604-500-8043. My husband and I have her on our phone plan. We incurred intercontinental calling charges of $25.00. She is 66 years old on a fixed income, and has been taken for over $16,000.00in the last two years. She felt foolish, she has had her phone # changed 3 times, and is saving monthly to file bankruptcy because she cannot pay her debts off even monthly after being scammed the first time. It’s great you give prize money away and change people’s lives, but remember you are also changing people’s lives in a way they don’t come back from by not better preventing such acts of fraud in your name. Please, help me prove to my mother that she is dealing with a horrid scam artist. It should be your mission to track down people who claim to represent PCH and take away our senior citizens’ livelihood.
