What Would YOU Do If You Won The “Forever” Prize?

Forever Prize

Hello PCH Fans!

It’s time to look forward to FOREVER! That’s right, the “Forever” Prize is back, and it’s guaranteed to be awarded NEXT MONTH!

I know the excitement has to be building for everyone. I mean, that’s a lot to think about.  YOU would get $5,000 a Week for Life. Then to top it all off, it would continue on to another person for THEIR lifetime.

The possibilities seem endless when you think about it. Granted, a lot of possibilities opened up when I won the $1 Million SuperPrize in August of 2008. But the “Forever” Prize would definitely up the ante.

What would I do if I won such a prize? I really had to think about it!

I would:

  • Start a scholarship at Toledo Central Catholic High School and The University of Toledo. Education is a great investment for the community.
  • Make larger donations to local and national charities that I support. My local Humane Society could definitely use some assistance.
  • Build a second home somewhere a little warmer. Sometimes Ohio winters can get a little wicked!
  • Buy my husband’s dream car for him. I guess I’d better double check what that is! As for me, I love my Smokey, my 2013 Ford Focus.
  • Finally take a jump over the ‘Big Pond’ with my husband to do a few vacations in Europe. Maybe we can find the city where the Bostelmans originated and share our findings with the family.
  • Buy a Playstation 4 when it releases! OK, well, I’m already saving for that, but I’d probably need two if I had two homes. Right? Right.
  • Take my buddies to an all-expenses paid trip to DragonCon and/or the San Diego ComicCon. It would be so cool to see movie stars AND get exclusive first peeks for movies and TV shows.
  • RETIRE! After a month or two “off”, I’d probably start volunteering for a local organization a few days a week, but that leaves plenty of time to travel and maybe even work on some creative projects.
  • Whew, that was fun. But wait! Then the person who I would pass the winnings onto would need to figure out their own game plan. No pressure!

But now I turn the question over to YOU. If YOU won the “Forever” Prize in August, what would you do, and who would get the legacy portion of the prize? Let us know in the comments below. And don’t forget to ENTER ENTER ENTER!

GOOD LUCK!

Dear PCH, please respond to my question. Does a timely mail in entry remain on the winner selection list until the official Giveaway end if there has not been a matching number returned from an advanced look or special early look draw. I know the prize rolls over, but does your entry roll over and remain eligible (for a second chance random drawing) until giveaway end? Please see my earlier post and respond.
    Thank you.

Dear PCH, I am just thankful for the opportunity to enter into the sweepstakes. The Forever prize is a great prize.I do have a question about this prize. Awhile back I received a special early look bulletin in the mail for the February 28, 2013 Forever Prize (Giveaway 1830). I returned it before the deadline. Is my entry for the February 28th 2013, $5000 a week Forever Prize still eligible and is it still on the winner selection list for the August 29, 2013, $5000 a week Forever Prize (Giveaway 1830)? Please respond. Thank you.

Hi Al, you’re referring to 2 different sweepstakes. The February 28, 2013 sweepstakes was a Special Early Look sweepstakes. When there wasn’t a matching winning number, the $1 Million SuperPrize was awarded to Elise Gutierrez: http://blog.pch.com/blog/2013/02/28/who-won-the-february-28th-pch-superprize-event/. On August 29, 2013, the Prize Patrol will be on the road to award the $5,000 A Week “Forever” prize and this prize is guaranteed! 6. Hi Natalie :)
A huge donation to St. Jude is on the top of my list!
And since my grandparents’ prayers of selling their house were answered, trips to Paris and Disney World are on the list too!

  7. Esmeralda Cook says:

I would pay off all my bills and help my parents with their bills as well. I would also help my mother in law pay her bills too then buy my own car and get my husband his truck. I would take my kids to Disney world. Buy our own house then visit my grandmother in Mexico and both of them live in Mexico. Then pass the Winnings to my husband and kids.

  8. We would retire just as we hoped. Probably Build in Florida. Give to charties that we truely believe in. And sit back and enjoy life!!!!

If i were to win this $$, 5,000 a week the very first thing I would buy would be a house in the country, so my 3 Hearts can come home.. I want to grow all the fruits and vegetables, and its like come get ur food over here, just save some for the next. I want to be a Inspiration to our Children because they are our future. I want to design clothes on the spot and not charge, because the smile and joy I can bring to someone is one of the Best feelings and thats priceless! :-) I want to knockon a random door introduce myself and my kids and pay there rent for that month or buy them a car, “the Joy I get from doing that is PRICELESS”, and dont you know “the best things in life money cant buy”. But in this moment in time this $$ would definitely be a life changing moment that would be cherished and passed on to my beautiful daughter Jolina Barton who right now is 6 years old. She is the youngest of 3 kids her brothers T.J 10, and Leonard 9. Oh and one more thing were gonna design and build our racetrack n the country. You get me and you in the same car and ima beat you
