#WinnerWednesday: Why PCH Winners are Like Pretzels!

Greetings, fans and friends! And happy #WinnerWednesday!

Now, you might be wondering, what a strange title for a blog! That’s because it’s not just #WinnerWednesday, the day when we celebrate – both on the PCHblog and on the PCH Fan Page on Facebook – PCH winners of  smaller prizes. Why, April 26th is also National Pretzel Day! (I learned this while searching at PCHSearch&Win – have you searched there lately?)

This got me thinking about how much winners of PCH prizes are like pretzels. Hear me out here:

  • Pretzels are filled with dough. So are PCH winners – whether that “dough” is $5, $100, $1,000, or even our millionaire-making SuperPrizes.
  • Pretzels come in all shapes and sizes. PCH prize winners also come in all shapes and sizes, and they’re also from all different parts of the country.
  • It is said that the traditional twisted shape of a pretzel represents hands folded in prayer. And I’m sure that many of our PCH prize winners prayed at some time or other that they’d be blessed with a prize!

So, to “twist” our plot a bit let’s meet 3 winners of smaller PCH prizes!

Lois W., (above)of Oceanside, CA, won $20 from PCH. When she found out she had won, she was “so elated and surprised.”

“I love playing the games just to play,” she explains, “but honestly, I was hoping to win too. So, WOW, this is amazing! Thank you very much!”

What does Lois want the doubters out there to know about PCH? “It’s real. Just keep playing and have fun doing so,” she says. “Eventually you just might really win.” Lois wants you all to know that the things she loves most about PCH are the games and, as she says, “I really like some of the products you have for sale.”

Johnnie J., of Rocheport, MI, won a PCH prize of $5. “I didn’t expect to win anything,” he says. “It feels great!” He knows for sure that PCH is real!

Rachel M., of Wausau, WI, won a $5 amazon.com gift card from PCH. We asked her what she’d tell people who don’t believe PCH has real winners, and her enthusiastic answer was, “I won!!! I won!!!! I won!!!!!” [Readers, note: that’s 3, 4 and 5 exclamation points, respectively, after “I won”]

What does Rachel love most about PCH? “I’m a single mother with 3 children, and we have struggled,” she says. “With PCH, I have the chance to win $7,000 A Week for Life, and it gives me a chance to dream!”

So, fans and friends, whether you prefer to snack on pretzels, potato chips or popcorn, you’ll all agree that probably the best treat of all is becoming a PCH prize winner.

Are you in it to win it? Then enter, enter, enter !

Good luck!
