A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the PCH Holiday Party!

“Mmmmmm, this Chicken Marsala is delicious!”  I couldn’t wait to take the next big bite of my favorite dish.

“259. I repeat 259. 259 Come on up!” shouted the MC.

I dropped my fork and began to unload my pockets as fast as I could. Phone, wallet, gum, keys. I was afraid I had lost it. I looked under the napkin and there it was…

My raffle ticket.

My eyes lit up and a big smile came to my face. “See, I told you I was going to WIN!” And that’s when I knew the 2012 PCH Holiday Party was going to be an amazing night!

You see, friends, not only does Publishers Clearing House offer you guys Life-Changing SuperPrize opportunities, but us PCH Employees get a little taste of what it’s like to be “winners,” for a night. While we’re ineligible to win any of the PCH prizes, every year at our holiday party, a handful of lucky employees are picked out of the raffle to win fun holiday prizes!

This December was my 3rd PCH Holiday party, and I must say this one definitely topped the last (the winning certainly helped!). The venue was wonderfully put together, full of lights and holiday cheer.

Aside from the marvelous decorations, the food (my favorite part) was sensational. Chicken Marsala, Chicken Francese, Sesame Chicken, Penne Marinara, I could go on and on. Every bite was better than the next.

After a bit of relaxation (and digestion), it was time to carve up the dance floor. I’d like to point out, I was the first one out on the floor, moving and grooving. I like to think I got the party started. It was a joyful sight to see all of my co-workers smiling and really having a great time.

And then there were the desserts. Cheesecake, Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cake (another favorite of mine), Coconut Cake. By the time I sat down to devour my dessert, I realized my entire plate was filled with scrumptious goodies! Over the last 2 years, here at PCH, I’ve gained quite the reputation for being a hefty eater. In fact, every now and then I’ll have a 1/2 sandwich on my desk from an anonymous PCH Employee. I’m still trying to figure out who the culprit is.

So there you have it! That’s my behind-the-scenes look at the PCH Holiday Party. While writing this I took a look at PCHSearch&Win to see what holiday stories other people had, and there are so many good ones! Try searching for yourself,  then comment below with your favorite! We’d also love to hear from you if you have a holiday party story of your own to share!

Looking forward to a great 2013!

I have been browsing online greater than three hours these days, yet I by no means
discovered any fascinating article like yours. It’s pretty value sufficient for me.
In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers
made just right content as you did, the web will likely be much more helpful than
    ever before.

  2. I have observed that intelligent real estate agents everywhere you go are getting set to FSBO Marketing and advertising.

Thank you for sharing your PCH Christmas party story. The food that was served sounds like they know how to fill the appetites. I am glad you got to be the winner this time. I am interested in finding the recipe for that chicken Marsala. I don’t know if I know what it is but it sounds good. My life is such right now that we didn’t get to have Christmas. I am happy for those who are able to have a great time. I hope all 2013 finds you all having greater ideas to keep PCH fascinating and prosperous. You sure help my days for playing around with PCH is really my entertainment.
