Meet Josh…Another “Winning” PCH Employee!

Hello PCH Fans!

I’m here to tell you about Josh S., one of our dedicated employees who makes the PCH world go round.  For almost a year and a half, Josh has been working as a Contest Analyst in our
Promotion Development Department handling prize fulfillment for all of our lucky winners.

Prize fulfillment involves ordering prizes for our contests and making sure those prizes get to the rightful winners. Josh handles all different prize amounts for mostly all of the PCH properties including PCH.com,PCHGames,PCHslots,PCH.com and even the PCH Fan Pages on Facebook! That’s a lot of winners!  And not only does Josh fulfill cash prizes, he also manages the fulfillment of gift cards that are awarded.  From big prizes to small, Josh fulfills almost all!

Once someone wins a prize, it is up to Josh to confirm the win and make sure the lucky user receives it.  In most cases, winners are sent their prizes a few weeks after they win without any communication needed from Josh’s team.  However, there are times when Josh gets to communicate with our users, and he finds that to be the most rewarding thing about his job.  Josh says, “My favorite part about working at PCH is being able to give back to our members who enter our contests and getting the chance to hear from past winners about how winning has helped them.”

Of course, Josh doesn’t fulfill ALL of our PCH prizes.  As our fans know, winners of larger prizes will either be surprised by the Prize Patrol in person, or may need to complete certain documents before being awarded their prizes.  We will NEVER notify a winner via telephone or text message about their winnings, but on very few occasions, emails are sent.  In those emails, we will NEVER ask the winner for any financial information or social security number and NEVER require any fee for a winner to claim the prize .

When asked if anything strange or unexpected has happened on the job during his time working at PCH, Josh explained that he has received quite a few strange reactions from winners when they are notified of their winnings.  “I once received a call from a winner that did not believe that they had won, so they pretended to be a law enforcement agent.” He told me, “Later that day the same winner called back and was very apologetic after finding out that the prize was real and that they were in fact a winner.”

That’s hilarious! It’s so great to know that our fans are truly surprised when they find out they are winners, no matter what the prize is!

Josh is a hardworking and amiable employee that we’re so happy to have in Promotion Development.  He is a native New Yorker who studied Management at Dowling College on Long Island.  Outside of PCH, Josh enjoys playing sports and rooting on his favorite teams, traveling and spending times with friends and family.

    where is the money I have won ? I think this is a scam! I won but is is imposible to collect I have been trying to get my check for 4 months now
