How to Play Mahjongg

Hey there gamers!

Who would have thought that after over 2,000 years later, we’d still be playing the game called Mahjongg by the Chinese philosopher Confucius? He must have been wise or something! How to play Mahjongg is easy and fun, but first let me tell you why I’m so interested in this game!

Not too long ago, I worked with PCH Games to help mail out all the prizes that you guys win using those fabulous tokens. But we often get so busy here at the PCH offices, that we don’t get a chance to actually give the awesome games a spin on our own!  So today I decided to change all of that.

But where do you start? There’s so many varieties to choose from at PCHGames. The classic Mahjongg, Mahjongg Dimensions, Mahjongg Age of Alchemy, Mahjongg Toy Chest, Mahjongg Mom-Jongg, and of course Mahjongg Dark Dimensions!

How To Play Mahjongg

Well no matter which one you choose, playing Mahjongg is easy! The basic objective is simple: clear the board of as many tiles as you can. You clear tile pieces by selecting two tiles with matching images, and (POOF!) they’re gone! The only catch is, depending on the rules of each game, tiles are only available for selection if no other tiles are touching their right or left sides. You earn points when tiles are cleared and then new layers of tiles are revealed underneath!

For me, learning how to play Mahjongg didn’t take long at all. In fact, it wasn’t long before I realized I was getting addicted to trying to beat my high score on each version of the game.

Too bad I work for PCH, because I can’t win any prizes! Thankfully you don’t have that stopping you – so go ahead and start playing now and see if you can beat my first time Mahjongg Toy Chest score of 6,482!

Hi! I also love Mahjongg, thou I can never spell it! I also try to beat my own scores. I’ve noticed some people are truly great at this and my score is something I can try to beat! All I need is more time in a day so I can play as much as I’d like! I haven’t played in a couple.. but my garden is done, bushes are planted… and it’s “supposed” to rain today so if it’s not storming I may get a chance today!:)
