  1. I don’t know who to contact. I have been playing PCH games to get entries to win the Oct 31 deadline. I play all day and night. Have purchased a couple of things. When I finish PCH and want to enter the box to open at the end. 6 TIMES it has cut me out. One time I had 20 entries. This is happening way to much. Sometimes I get 1/2 through and it does that. Why? I take a lot of time out to do this?

  2. I have been a customer of PCH for over 12 years. A couple weeks ago I ordered an Item for my wife for her BD and I have not received it. Order #307216904891. First, please tell me if it has been shipped. Secondly, I signed onto my account today and found out that this order priced at $27 is being billed to me for $46 because PCH added things to my order. This is very upsetting. I expected shipping charges but did not expect this much of a charge or for you to add something to my order without informing me. In the past I have made a half dozen comments or question on this site and no one has ever had the courtesy to respond to me. Please understand that I DO expect a response to this message.

  6. I play your games everyday and everyday I win chances on the daily drawing I will win 10,000 chanches and it will add them to my account but when I click to move on they dissappear so I have been loosing Tens of Thousands of chances. Where are they going?
