  1. On 10/14/2018 I ordered “Baby’s First Christmas Ornament” (Female). That order#306126982153 was sent in via direct mailer and was supposed to be for a qty of (2) ornaments. Only qty (1) arrived and I was billed for only one item. How can I place another order for the same item again which was missing?? The purchase price should be ($14.94). Need for Christmas, so I hope another order can be filled quickly.
