I am and have been a VIP Elite for a very long time! However now that I am a VIP Elite I keep getting shut out of winnersville and Nightville on the PCH Plus app! Also when I am awarded a VIP Elite reward- the very next screen says website unavailable- this happens all the time and it never used to happen until I became a VIP Elite! What’s up with that! Plus with all the days and weeks and months and years that I have played- I have two five dollar ones to show for it! Is this really the kind of reward that it should be expected from PCH or is this just getting to be a joke! I don’t even know anyone personally, who has won a pch prize, worth the time of day? What’s up with that! Please explain!

I received an E-Mail from PCH today advising me I was eligible to activate The PCH VIP-Elite Bonus app + and would receive 1,000,000 Tokens for doing so. I was unable to activate this App, so I contacted the person who owns and operates the Computer Repair Business that I use. This person
was also unable to download the App for me. She advised me there was a problem with the App and I should contact PCH to get it resolved. Consequently, here I am and now asking PCH to please help me get this App + activated so I am able to receive all the benefits I am entitled to.
