I know, I could hardly believe it when I got the call. I was sitting in my vault, resting my zeros and then, Maryann Carter in the Contest Department told the news that there was no matching winning number when we took a Special Early Look for our winner this time!
No matching winning number?!? Ooh, my ink ran, my corners curled and my payline turned down into a frown as I thought about NOT getting to meet our winner. The idea of all the hugs and all the joy that I thought I was going to miss out on was almost unbearable and then… she told me the good news that, because we’re PCH and we love giving away money, we still get to go out on the road and make someone $1,000,000.00 RICHER!

That’s right, I’ve got my racing border on and am hitting the ground running toward our next $1,000,000.00 winner! John Childress from Lancaster, CA who was expecting his property manager to be at the door and instead found me, wearing my fancy $100,000.00 prize! He hugged me so tight I had to use extra moisturizer to help keep my corners from getting “hug lines”!
And Jane Bjork who thought one of her neighbors was trying to sell their condo but really, it was the Prize Patrol and their camera crew headed her way with me! She was so happy to see me that she hugged me super-tight AND talked about me to all of her friends and family!
