Also when I call in to access my account through the customer service hotline the recording asks me for my account info and account number. I sent my entry to win the $14,000 a week for life about 2 months ago, and I placed an order with that entry, but I have not received the item I ordered, nor have you acknowledged my entry. The envelope the entry came in had a star on the front. The item I ordered was the table runner and 4 matching placemats, which all had very pretty flowers on them. I don’t have the item numbers right now, but I saved the picture that showed them. The flowers were a vey pretty purple flowers on them. What happened to my entry and my order??? I definitely mailed the entry and placed the order. But have heard nothing about sending my entry, nor have I received the items I ordered.
