Last year, I received an email from PCH saying I won a substantial amount. They have my address but nothing was ever sent I responded to their email but no response on their end. Then after a while I received an email saying it is now too late to claim it. If I won it then they should have just sent it.

Once you go through the process why do they ask you to consider ordering? Why can’t you not order and get submit your entry instead of going through several pages of merchandise?
