WOW – what a year. A lot of incredible things transpired in 2018. We awarded millions of dollars, a large portion of our profits went to charitable trusts, and our employees donated their time and efforts to help numerous communities in need. Let’s reflect on 2018, and I’ll dazzle you with some of the wonderful ways we made it a Year in Giving.
If you can believe it, PCH has had over 620,000 Winners and has awarded over $43,000,000.00 so far! And that doesn’t even include December!
Everyone knows that we give away tons of money each year, but not everyone knows the other ways PCH loves to give, such as how a large portion of our profits go toward charitable trusts, which benefit multiple charities.
One of our biggest philanthropic efforts is The Giveback with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. As you probably already know, we donate every year to help end childhood cancer, but 2018 was a little different. With your help, we donated $150,000.00, PLUS, we also presented St. Jude with a special mosaic print gift. Many of us uploaded photos to show our support; and all our images combined made one big wonderful image (shown below). I’m happy to report that together we’ve donated an incredible $900,000.00 to date! YOU played a huge role in this. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness!
I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to work for a company that does so much for so many. And it’s no surprise that the people who work here are equally as conscientious.
