  1. I found a check address to me from PCH. Someone got the check before I and ripped it up and hid it in the fed ex envelope for me to find 4 years later. I have the check the customer I.D and the amount etc. Is there anyway to claim this. If has it expired?

  2. I am told I am due a claim from 2019. I never received it but was contacted, given a 12 digit Claim Ticket Number, and I am now being told I have to pay $770 for an American Golden Seal for check verification. I have been overwhelmed with scammers. Is this another one? The agent is J. Walker, phone $$$ $$$-$$$$.

    1. Hi Leni! Unfortunately that’s a scammer, not the real PCH. Just so you know, you never have to pay a fee to claim a prize you may have won from PCH, for any reason. It’s important to know also that PCH does not contact winners of a major prize privately via phone, text, email, mail, or on Social Media. If anyone asks you for money for any reason to claim a prize, you can be sure they’re a scammer. Please don’t give them any money, or any personal information! You can read more about these kinds of scams here: https://info.pch.com/fraud-protection. Please report them to us at this link: https://bit.ly/Report-Scam-To-PCH. Have a great day, and stay safe!

  3. My name is Marc. In 2019 I received a notice by email advising me I’d won a 2019 Mercedes Benz and $10,000,000.00. And a confirmation number. At the time someone had been hacking ever cell phone I purchased. Directly after receiving the winning notice the “hacker” changed my password, locking me out of my email, ect accounts. The winning notice was from a female saying she was vice- president of the prize patrol or to that effect. No body showed up at my apartment at $$$$$$$ ” Garage. The guy in the house in front of me (same address but house not apartment) Mike, his girlfriend and kids. While living there in front of me never worked the whole time. But before they moved out bought a Cadillac escalade, and new Z71- Texas Silverado Chevy 4×4. Then another new Cadillac Escalade SUV wagon, and bought a home and ect. Could it be that my winning sweepstakes went to Mike DeLeon and Maggie? And for the next 3 years I received notices in the mail saying ” It’s time to renew your registration for your 2019 Mercedes Benz. I often found my mail in the garbage when I took out both my trash and the house neighbor’s trash on trash day.

    1. Hello Marc, We’re glad you knew that wasn’t the real PCH. As tempting as it may be, we don’t encourage anyone to engage a scammer any longer than is minimally necessary.PCH doesn’t notify major winners email, or social media, and we never ask for money to claim a prize. Please report all scam contacts to PCH via the following link: http://bit.ly/Report-Scam-To-PCH. You can also check out this FAQ for info on how you can block scammers from contacting you via Facebook: http://bit.ly/StopFBScammers. Stay safe everyone and be careful of scammers pretending to be the REAL Prize Patrol!
