Scammers have lots of tricks up their sleeves, and here at PCH, we want to keep you in to win and above all – SAFE! In fact, Danielle from the Prize Patrol has some safety tips for you. Check out this video!
Now, let’s say that you HAVE been contacted by a scammer. What steps should you take next?
Whether a scammer has contacted you by phone, by postal mail, by email or by social media, don’t wait: fill out the online PCH scam form as soon as you can. You will be guided step-by-step through the process. Our goal is to keep you and all of our other PCH friends and fans protected!
Here are some other ways to help you STOP fraudulent Scammers in their tracks:
If someone tells you that you’ve won a major prize from PCH through social media (Facebook or Instagram)…
STOP!
PCH employees and Prize Patrol Members will NEVER contact you this way
Likewise, if you get a friend request or private message from someone claiming to be a PCH employee or a Prize Patrol Member…
STOP!
The Prize Patrol will NEVER send friend requests or private messages to you. EVER!
If someone says you must pay a fee or purchase something to claim your prize…
STOP!
There is NEVER a fee or a purchase required – at PCH the winning is always FREE!
If someone asks you to verify personal information (credit card number, bank account number, driver’s license number)…
STOP!
We will NEVER ask you for that information – and you should NEVER provide it to someone you don’t know!
Please remember: our BIG PRIZES are awarded live and in person by our famous Prize Patrol. Major prize awards and SuperPrize winners are NOT notified by email.
We may notify winners of smaller prize amounts by overnight express from UPS, FedEx or USPS Express Mail and occasionally through email (and if we do, rest assured: there’s no fee to claim ANY PRIZE!)

Hello, I was contacted this morning by a man claiming to be Paul G$$$$$$. He said I won 10 million and a Mercedes Benz and in order to claim my prize I would have to purchase a $500 money pak card at one of their participating stores. When I told him I wanted to call PCH myself he said I could be disqualified. I replied with so because I want to make sure this is real I’ll be disqualified? He hung up on me…

I’ve had several calls in the last week, stating that I’ve won 10,000,000 plus a car, and they give me a number that I’m to use to verify that it’s me that won, when I call them back. (3 calls on 5th)

Just got a scam call
The number I called back was
$$$ $$$-$$$$.
I was told I am the grand prize winner
And to call this number to schedule
Delivery $$$ $$$-$$$$ and talk to
Jason Wallace.
I called him and figured out that it was a scam when they wanted me to go get cards from CVS and Walmart.

I just got a phone call, I won and you would be here by 10 am as a second winner up, then a said manager called and said I needed to drive to the nearest dollar general and purchase a 250 visa gift cards, lol said nope. He said, so you will throw away all these prizes over a 250 dollar visa card. I said, yep you be blessed as you have blessed others then hung up and blocked call. Now you guys can show up at my door anytime lol. Flowers and certified cashiers check for 950 thousand dollars and a grey 2022 Silverado, 2,500 dollar shopping voucher. I get the 1st of the month for the rest of my life any time. I will open my door to you lol. Have a Merry Christmas all of you.

I tried reporting a scamming but I’ve never joined PCH. How do I submit this report? It won’t take it because I don’t have a member I.D.

I have been scammed badly.
I have been contacted by a man Named Paul Goodman, saying he works for you and his phone is $$$ $$$-$$$$ and this is from New York. He said I won 5 million dollars, $2,000 a week, and a car. He calls 5 to 6 times a day and wants me to pay the Federal taxes on the $5 Million and wants a $1,000. I am refusing to do this as I don’t have that kind of money. I know you ask for nothing. He said if I don’t pay the $1,000, he will go on to the next person. He tried to sweet talk me says I am like his mom who he lost at 5 years old he says. Hope you can help me and let me know if this is truly a scam. Thank you.

I think I’m being scammed right now. On the phone, they want me to get a gift card from CVS or TS for processing, they say Vanilla card. I’ve been asking them to send me written instructions and they aren’t. They claimed they sent the letters but had wrong address. He keeps saying God Bless You and claiming to be a Christian whose father was a pastor.
