I started playing this morning with over 11,000 tokens and I played 3 games and I noticed the token amount dropped 8,000. Not sure why. Can someone please explain. Thank you!

It’s Kevin and I have almost 500 million tokens, what is the all-time record? I want to break it. I had 68 days of consecutive play until my internet went down no fault of my own. Where can I find out how many tokens I have earned or won today?
It shows up no where on my apps or on the website for my account not sure why but I’ve never seen in four years playing I’ve never seen the token leader board

I am sorry, but I really don’t get how this works… (the token level calculations.). I have already achieved the “Yellow Diamond Loyalty Level” with 127,703,690 total tokens. When I go through one of the quizes, ONLY one… I usually win or earn (?) FOUR THOUSAND TOKENS, yet after playing half the day doing numerous various quizes, surveys, searches, games, and sweepstakes entries in addition to the “Instant Win” and “Scratch Offs” and the “Daily Mystery Gift” you token leader displays tells me that I have ONLY 18,000 tokens earned today?! I must have achieved AT LEAST 450,000 tokens nearly every single day and I have never seen my name on the leaderboard. What is going on here with your software? HOW do you count the tokens??? I just plain don’t get it and I don’t see any of this clearly explained, except that the cash prizes are bigger for the more loyal players (like me)?
Please email me and tell what in the heck is going on with your website? Do I have to buy something to score or what? It sure seems like something fishy is going on to me.
