This just started over the past few days: the app keeps freezing at different points. Sometimes right when it goes to an ad, sometimes right in the middle of a round. It just completely stops responding. Closing and restarting the app does nothing. Restarting my phone does, but what a pain for this one app especially since it is now doing this every few minutes. This is super disappointed because I love word games.

I just lost all of my Wordmania levels earlier today…. I only had a few more levels to go until I would get to level 100! I know I am logged in to the game as both my name & my VIP Elite status are at the top of the app, but even though I informed customer service of this they keep telling me I must be playing as a ‘guest’ which I am not…. otherwise it would want me to login or register….. but I am already signed in! I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions they emailed to me such as clearing the cache & force stopping, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, etc….. but NOTHING worked. So now I am back at the beginning levels which I played to level 2 which after attaining levels 90+ is not even challenging or fun anymore. Why did this even happen? Why can’t this be fixed? I find this rather frustrating & if I can’t get all my previous levels returned to my game then I don’t even see the point of playing this anymore! I always loved this app & enjoyed playing it everyday, but losing all of my levels after playing this for so long has really ruined it for me. If this can’t be resolved, then I will just uninstall it again….this time permanently!
Hi Nancy! We are very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced. Unfortunately we did have a glitch with the app which started at approximately 3:30pm yesterday. Our developers are now aware of the issue, have found the root cause, and have entered a fix. The fix will set everyone back to their previous level of progress, including any entries that were previously processed, as of 3:00pm EST today. I need help Please!! I love the PCH Wordmania with Steve Harvey. I had made it to level 87 or 89 when the game froze up on me:( I closed my browser & tried to reopen it a few times throughout last day or 2, but it’s still frozen & I cant even get the menu to open or find any kind of help. Someone told me, I’d have to uninstall the game & reinstall it. So after trying a few more times to open & play, yet still frozen, I uninstalled it waited 5m & reinstalled it. I got excited for a min when I saw a different screen, but it said level 1 & boy was I pissed!! But within a few seconds even that screen froze up:( please let me know if U can help me get my VIP status & 87 levels back?

I really enjoy playing Wordmania. I have been surprised that just playing this game once a day has helped me considerably when rapping free style. It’s like a whole bunch of words come to mind as I am creating the flow.
I play Wordmania every day, many times a day, and on the prior prize I had over 6,000 entries and right before it ended the game went out. When I went back in I only was showing over 200 entries and then the time for that prize ended. What happened to all my entries?
