PCH Prize Patrol Delivers The Big Check, But Entering Is Up To YOU
There’s nothing like a bicycle ride in the crisp autumn air to brighten your spirits and your day.
Well, I take that back: a visit from the PCH Prize Patrol – with a Big Check worth thousands or millions of dollars — would give a giant lift to one’s spirits, not to mention one’s bank account.
But cycling is good for the body and good for the environment. I live in a place where a simple bike ride takes me to almost anything I want: the store, the library, community activities, various appointments. One of my sons takes biking more seriously, putting on wind-resistant day-glo apparel and logging scores of miles several times a week. He has been encouraged by a nephew of mine who heads Adventure Cycling, a national non-profit, headquartered in Montana.
So when you see the photo above of my Prize Patrol colleague Danielle Lam and me on a bike, remember, it’s more than just a staged “photo op.” We really enjoy bike-riding.
But we have yet to ride bikes to the door of a PCH Sweepstakes winner – with roses, balloons and a Big Check. Maybe we’ll do that one of these days – if there are bikes nearby to rent and the terrain and/or weather is not too challenging.
In the meantime, just know that if you win we will deliver the prize somehow – with our trusty PCH Prize Patrol van, or dog sled – which we used in Alaska, or by foot as we’ve done when roads couldn’t get us there, or via ferry when bridges didn’t exist. Maybe we’ll use a helicopter. A hot air balloon is another transportation mode we’d love to try.
The main thing is: to win YOU must ENTER the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes! If you win we Prize Patrol’ers will do whatever it takes to make sure the Big Check gets delivered safely to YOU.
Now remember: the LAST day to enter to win the November 30th Mega Prize — $1,000,000.00 Plus $5,000.00 A Week For Life — is this coming Monday, November 19th! So if you want us to deliver that Big Check to YOU, get your entries in while you still can!
Wishing you the best of luck.
