PCH Sweepstakes: You Can’t Win If You Don’t Enter!

Last Updated: October 4, 2013

I’m sure the composer of the immortal song “As Time Goes By” didn’t have the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes in mind when he wrote it in 1931 — nor did the screenwriters when they put it into the classic movie Casablanca in 1942.  After all, PCH wasn’t founded until 1953, and the PCH Sweepstakes wasn’t introduced until 1967.   Nonetheless, many of the words popularly associated with that song have particular relevance to today’s wanna-be winners of our fabulous contest.

Just consider all the germane lyrics — starting with the opening line “You must remember this.” It’s critically important to remember to ENTER the PCH Sweepstakes before you forget it – for the simple reason is “The fundamental things apply”: You can’t win if you don’t enter!  Take it from me: “On that you can rely.”

Just imagine if you won a lifetime prize: “As time goes by” you would keep receiving Big Checks from PCH, week after week, year after year.  “No matter what the future brings” you’ll be set – for life!

“Play it again Sam” is one of the most misquoted movie lines of all time – because the film’s heroine didn’t actually include the word “again” in her request to Sam the piano player.  Still, I’ll suggest that you “play” the PCH Sweepstakes again and again anyway – because the more you enter, the more chances you have to win.  Our rules allow you to enter every day – and you can do that simply and easily every day at pch.com and our other play&win sites.

OK – I’ve milked this idea about as much as I can.  But take these words to heart – and if you win you will be one happy person.  “That no one can deny”!!

Wishing you the best of luck.
