PCH Social Media Team Continues to Grow!

Hello PCH fans!

Keeping in touch with you, our fans, is a one of our top priorities here at Publishers Clearing House! And we’re so fortunate to have social media as a tool to help us do just that. Not only is it a great way for us to offer additional chances to win our SuperPrizes, but it’s also a perfect way for us to answer your questions and get more involved with the PCH community! On a daily basis we receive thousands and thousands of comments, and our team does our very best to respond back to each and every one. But, as you can imagine, with a small team, it can be hard to get to everybody, which is why we decided to EXPAND!

That’s right! We have added a full team of agents who you have probably already seen respond back to your posts on the PCH Fan Page on Facebook. Don’t worry: your favorite social media team (Zander C., Victoria Z., and Jussie W.) are still around for the fun! But we’ve also added a bunch of new additions (Felisha, Maithili, Donna, Christopher, Chris, Heather, Josh H., Joshua, Jamie and Stefanie), and we couldn’t be happier to have them on board! And rest assured, the new agents will sign off with their names at the end of their replies, so you’ll always know whom you are talking to.

Also, don’t forget that the official Prize Patrol Elite members will also be able respond to your questions and comments from their official PCH Prize Patrol Fan Page. Be sure to stop by and say, “hello!”

So much has changed behind the scenes, but our team is still here to provide the best customer service that we can. We also want to ensure that you are safe and having a great experience when you are on any of our PCH properties (PCH.com, PCHgames, PCHlotto, PCHSearch&Win, PCHFrontpage), plus any of our other social media pages (PCH on Twitter, PCH Prize Patrol Channel on YouTube, PCH on Pinterest). By knowing the facts and warning signs, you can prevent yourself from falling for scams. Please review our Fraud Protection site for important tips and information to keep yourself safe! You can also help do your part and report any scammers directly to Facebook or by filling out our Scam Incident Report. Remember: the best defense against scammers is informing yourself and taking initiative!

Feel free to share these links with your family and friends as well. Be safe and we look forward to interacting with you on Facebook!
