On the information about perks of being a VIP ELITE in Publishers Clearing House, it states there is a special phone number for us to call customer service. I have searched and cannot find out what is is. Also, how can you find out if you are fully registered so if you would win, you would be able to receive any sweepstakes, or contests.
One more thing, when entering all the contests and such, it says that your prize number will be entered. How do you know what the prize numbers are?
