Find Mouthwatering Caribbean Recipes On PCHSearch&Win!
Hello PCH fans!
It feels amazing outside at the PCH Headquarters today and I can’t help but think about summer. It’s right around the corner. The grills and the big umbrellas are ready to be out! I am super excited for all the backyard get-togethers with my family and friends. What do you enjoy doing most in the summer time?
I’m already thinking about recipes and party themes for when I host get togethers. The first one is going to be Caribbean-themed. I mean, if it feels like an island outside, why not have it taste and smell like an island too?
So, how do you kick off a Caribbean-themed BBQ? With Caribbean recipes that call for fruit of course! In the Caribbean they love chow, which is very similar to a salad. I know this because my family is from the Caribbean, so you can trust me on this one. Finding a chow recipe was easy, I simply hopped onto PCHSearch&Win and searched “Caribbean chow recipes” and found a lovely-looking strawberry chow.
There’s no Caribbean without Jamaican Jerk Chicken, com’on! PCHSearch&Win has so many amazing jerk chicken recipes, I still haven’t decided which one to use. If you find one that you like, let me know!
We cannot forget some delicious rice to go with the jerk chicken. There’s carrot rice, fried rice, spicy rice, spinach rice and some good old rice and beans! There are so many Caribbean recipes to choose from, and you can find them all by searching at PCHSearch&Win.
What’s the perfect side dish for jerk chicken and tasty rice? Potato salad of course! Now I know that potato salad is not just an island thing, but I must admit that a Caribbean potato salad has a special taste to it! Find out what you’ve been missing all this time in your potato salad on PCHSearch&Win.
How about a drink to cool down the hot day! What’s more Caribbean than a good punch! On PCHSearch&Win you can find a good fruit punch, peanut punch or even a rum punch (wink, wink).
I’m usually too full to get to dessert, but I’m sure my guests will be looking forward to having some Caribbean sweetness. On PCHSearch&Win I found so many Caribbean recipes. I’m considering coconut kisses or maybe some coconut sugar cakes. My grandmother loved those!
Let me know if you’re going to bring the taste of the Caribbean to your kitchen or backyard this summer! Let me know what you plan on cooking up in the comments section below.
