Master Your Kitchen with the Everyday Life Recipes Tab
What’s on your dinner menu tonight, friends?
In my house growing up, we rotated through three meals each week: overcooked steak (when my dad got home from work early), pasta with Francese sauce (when he did not), and pizza (when my mom didn’t feel like making Francese sauce). While I enjoyed two out of three of these meals, I wanted more variety, but time and money didn’t always allow for that.
The Recipes Tab at Everyday Life is here to change that!
I love cooking—I’m going through Julia Child’s famed Mastering the Art of French Cooking, and making every recipe (I’m doing a “Julie and Julia,” although much slower). But even if you don’t love to cook, eating out all the time isn’t sustainable and there are both healthier and better options than TV dinners.
The Perks of Using the Recipes Tab!
The Recipes Tab at Everyday Life is an awesome cooking resource! First of all, there are hundreds of recipe articles and videos for you to read and watch. So the variety that I was always missing is there. And with the sheer number of recipes available, there are delicious options for both busy workdays and lazy weekends, as well as for any budget! There’s even a recipe of the day, right up top!
The recipes are organized in a real easy-to-digest way: by meal. That way, whether you’re hosting your in-laws for brunch, having a fancy dinner party, or you’re just in the mood to try something new, you have options broken down in a way that lets you strategize your meal.
On top of all of that, there are truly a lot of healthy options. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s too easy to just grab some fast food and call it a night, but these recipes enable you to have a nutritious, home-cooked meal without spending hours in the kitchen (like I sometimes do while Mastering the Art of French Cooking).
And since this is PCH, you can go for an Everyday Life exclusive prize! When you visit PCH Frontpage and click on the Everyday Life tab, your first action of the day — including reading or watching your first recipe — gets you in to win $25,000.00!
Take advantage of the Recipes Tab! Even if you’ve never touched an oven, cooking is a fun, stress-relieving activity with a delicious end. As my cooking role model, the incomparable Julia Child, once said: “I was 32 when I started cooking; up until then I just ate!”
Bon Appétit!
