What are people talking about online? The PCH Mega Prize!

If you’re like me, you might be wondering ― what are people talking about online?  With the PCH June 30th Mega Prize Event on the horizon, there’s been a lot of buzz in the blogosphere about Publishers Clearing House. Specifically, about our PCH Mega Prize of a million dollars on the spot, PLUS $5,000.00 every week for life.

What’s so special about the Mega Prize is that it’s the best of both worlds! It’s a million bucks right away to start living the life of a PCH Millionaire. And then, weekly checks of five thousand dollars could certainly provide financial security for the lifetime of a winner!

Here’s what some popular bloggers, sponsored by PCH, had to say about what they’d do with a PCH Mega Prize:

Dawn at Just Married With Coupons has the right idea! If she won a Mega Prize, she’d invest in a modern home, with a “gigundis” bathtub that no one else could use! (She was so excited thinking about it, she made up her own word!)  Her new digs would also have a pool, a giant vegetable garden and an organic personal chef in the kitchen!

If she won a Mega Prize, Jennifer at My Boys and Their Toys would purchase a Dream Home and pay down debt for herself and her family. Traveling to exciting places would be a must! She’d also give back and donate part of the five thousand every week for life to a food bank and a shelter for women and children.

DeDe at Savings In Seconds  joked about spending a Publishers Clearing House fortune on crazy, impractical things like tubes and tubes of different shades of lipstick and wearing the “Big Check!”  But she says that if she won, she’d really donate at least 10 percent to her church, pay off her student loans and debt and set up a scholarship at her alma mater.

If Janel at A Mom’s Take  won a Mega Prize, she’d first have to get the song “If I Had a Million Dollars” out of her head!  Then she’d buy a larger home and treat her husband to the car he’s wanted for a decade ― a BMW. She’d also travel and use some of her newfound fortune to make a difference in her community.

Even a PCH fortune wouldn’t be able to keep Kristy at Adventures of a Couponista from couponing. But if she won, she would purchase a bigger house (with room to grow) and a second car, open savings accounts for the kids, give to her church and support missionaries around the world.

There you have it! What are people talking about online? The PCH Mega Prize! The bloggers above had such great ideas, but I am sure you could dream of even more! What would YOU do if you won the PCH Mega Prize on June 30th? Let us know in the comments section below.  But, as fun as imagining can be, make sure you enter! There are just two days left to enter to win!

Good luck!

My programmer is trynig to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a number of websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

Charity begins at home. Being a member of several Board of Directors here in CT. and a Bpt. Commissioner. I won’t have any trouble at all about figuring out where I can make a difference here at home in my community. Once the legacies and my budget and a few monetary needs have been met and in place and the planning the fun will begin of allocating …..(Smiles)
