Publishers Clearing House Winners 2011

It may be a little premature to “look back” at Publishers Clearing House Winners of 2011, but who couldn’t use a dreamy pick-me-up to remind you PCHers that miracles do happen and that PCH dreams come true?!

When I heard that the latest PCH Winner of 2011, Veronica Trombino, was a nurse, it was especially exciting that someone who changes lives every day won the PCH big sweepstakes prize of $10,000.00. I think, nurses and doctors and other health professionals can be considered part of their own special “Prize Patrol” who make dreams come true by performing medical miracles including healing ailments or replacing broken limbs. I also have special family members studying to become part of this world, so I know how hard they study and work for these positions.

Another 2011 PCH winner is Donna Guziejka of Henrico, Virginia. While receiving her $10,000 cash prize, Donna pointed out that her son said she was “wasting stamps” by sending in her PCH sweepstakes entries. And even though Publishers Clearing House has developed tons of ways for people to win online, this just proves that winning Big Sweepstakes Prizes through the mail is just as effective, fun, and possible! At the end of her presentation, one of Donna’s co-workers said “An angel was looking out for you.” It seems the angel’s connection was made possible by Donna entering a Publishers Clearing House Big prize sweepstakes herself!

2011 certainly got off to a good start for these PCH sweepstakes winners, and the good news is there are still plenty of sweepstakes prizes to be awarded – so keep on entering! Aching to see the real-life events that happen? Visit PCHTV.com and enjoy!

Life is not something we plan and then everything falls into place. It usually is full of surprises. If everyone always knew what to expect or wishes came true every time that we made one, People would not be as lucky as we believe. Too many out there are actually not good and wish lots of folks evil things and are ill intended. This is why we should be Thankful for what we do have opposed to what we Don’t get. It’s the luck of the draw dntcha know! If we could make our lives like a producer makes movies then i would be afraid that Faith would be fiction my friends. Faith is believing in something you can not see. So count your blessings in disguise instead of misfortunes. Try and be happy and find that with in your self. It is with in ourselves we must live with in the end. So keep Hope even when it is born of suffering. Good things come to those who wait and the purpose of life is to grow- not to Know. A man who knows something will know he Knows nothing at all. God will provide if you trust with in and find him through yourself. Life would be pointless if we always Knew what we were doing or what would happen when we think that we do. our greatest Glory comes from rising when we fall. Not never falling. People who need people are the luckiest folks in the world. So lets learn to admire instead of be envious let alone jealous. Too often people will lower one’s rep to raise their own. It is No wonder we are all suffering! Best wishes and Happy Holidays to ALL!!!!!!!!

I would be so happy if I won. Just started my babies a college account… They are only 4 and 6. Would love to see them go to a great college, and not have to worry about anything! I entered alot of sweepstakes, but never won anything. We travel alot, due to construction work. Would love to just go somewhere for a vacation, and not just because we have too! Has anyone from Louisiana ever won?

Hi my name is Kelley and i am a mother of 2 wonderful children. I have tried so hard to try and win something even if its $1,000. I see all these people on TV and everywhere else who are winning PCH and the Lottery and i just cant help but wish it was me in their place. I know they say money really doesn’t mean anything but in my IT DOES!!! Well where do i start…..I just found out that my son has a heart condition that could take his life(he is 7) I love him so much and the thought of something happening to him really hurts my heart. I have a 2 year little girl and she means everything to us as well as our son.
My mother is also very ill at this time and the reason we can not get her help is because we are bearly making it each day. She is a diabetic and she has a liver disease and it is getting to the point where she cant get out of the bed or eat, drink, walk, ect…. So i guess im writing to ask if me and my family would or could make it in to your minds and prayers!!!
Thank you all to whom ever took their special time to read this! God bless all!!!

All to no avail. I am a senior & could use any amount of money for living easier. However you did not see a need for me to win. Or I could be just plain unlucky. I will not try again. So thanks for the ride etc.

Poor is a choice. There are many loans out there for the poor to get educated. Most you don’t have to pay back.
Pick a subject that you like, research it and then call the school. If you’ve been poor for more than 4 years, you could have had your degree by now!
Stop wishing for a windfall and do something for yourself.
Money changes everything but you have to earn it like everybody else.
We all get the same 24 hours is the day. Some are more successful only because they EARNED it. Life does not reward those who do not jump in, take the risk and get educated!

Also, I watched a TV show years ago about the winners. All of the people that were on the show were BIG winners. When asked if they had ordered anything to win; all of the people said, “NO”. That made me realy start to wonder. But, I willstill continue to enter, so long as they do not demand that I buy anything.

I love hearing about people who’ve won on PCH. It makes me feel good to know people are being helped in this way. This has nothing to do with PCH, but my aunt (my mother’s sister,) recently won $100,000.00 from playing the slots in Vegas. She recently lost her mother and had to have surgery on something that was giving her pain. Anyway, I’m glad someone in my family won… particulary someone who’s been through a lot. I recently lost my fiance/boyfriend this year and knowing a family member won something makes me less depressed but* I’m glad when anyone wins. I know that “sounds” P.C. but I do feel that way. It gives me something to smile about. Also, I remember not long after my fiance passed… I did one of those “scratch-offs… or choose 8 numbers and win a million” on PCH online… I had 6 numbers correct and ofcourse 2 numbers wrong. Like anyone I was a (tad) disappointed but VERY glad my aunt at least got something from Vegas… especially since we’ve both lost Important People recently. : o) Anyway, I hope at least One of You commenters wins soon so I can read about you guys! : o) I would sincerely love that.
God Bless.

Why do I want to win PCH.

Everyone wants to tell their story and I’m no different. I come from a lower middle class family where the women grow to be house wives and the men work a 6am to 4pm work shift. I found myself a young teenage mother and single at that. Since I was 17 I’ve worked 60 to 80 hours a week, went to college in the evening and raised my child. It hase taken me 10 years to get my associate degree and now I’m in the home stretch. I’m 1-1/2 years away from getting my bachelors in engineering, but I’m not sure I can afford it. College is a full time commitment and I have not been able to work. My daughter and I are with out insurance. I have no income so we are without everything. I have to pay all my bills with student loans and I’m not sure how much longer we can go without. I hope to win so that I can finish my education and so I can help others who are underprivledge make the right choices about their education.

They said that if he sent the winning paper stuff back that he would defanetly be the winner of the 1million and the 5,000.00 a week for life. which never happen because of that fales hopes he had several heart attacks. he lives in malden wa. You guys owe him something for what he went threw. you also need to stop telling him that he has won when you never intend to give him any of the money that is from the 1million or 5,000.00 a week for life, or the 100,000.00 a week for 5 years.

    Hi Jacqueline,

Please note that the mailings that your father-in-law received were opportunities to win that expressed that he had not yet won. Returning the entries means that he was eligible to win the $1,000,000.00 plus $5,000.00 A Week For Life. But he would not win unless his entry contained the winning number. This is explained on all entry forms. I’m sorry for any confusion.

They told me to call MR. Brian Jenkins back. I called him at 202-509-0692 and he said there would be a delivery fee of $1500 for the prize. I told him this didn’t sound right and that PCH website said there was never any fee to to recieve a prize. Hi Susan,

PCH has many ongoing giveaways at one time, and there are many different draws and prizes for each giveaway. PCH awards an average of $13 Million in prizes each year, so there are several big prizes in a year. The next Super Prize giveaway will be in February, 2012! It will be a special early look for a $1,000,000.00 A Year For Life winner with a guaranteed prize of $1,000,000.00!

I am just wondering: I know that PCH is financed by the companies you advertise. Many are located on the East Coast.
I live in California in the Los Angeles county area. Everyone knows that Californians are struggling. Not only us the employees, but also employers.
The other day I saw a PCH map and with money bags placed on the winning states. None were to be seen in CA. I also noticed that since 2009 there were no winnings here in CA that are worth mentioning. Are we excluded???? I am spending hours everyday to participate in every possible PCH offer. Am I wasting my time with this???
I do order from time to time, if it is something that I really need and use.

    Hi Simone,

Residents of California are not excluded from the PCH Sweepstakes. Because winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries, geographic location does not factor into winner selection for any prizes other than local area giveaways (which has a value of $1,000.00). Each entry has the same chance of winning. You never know who will become the next BIG winner, so don’t lose hope!

My wife has been entering PCH sweepstakes now for nearly past 7 months. Like everyone she has been receiving mail almost daily with hopes that she might be winning something. The only purpose I can see with all this mail is to send her a list of items that are being offered for sale. To date she has spent over $1000 purchasing different things. Recently she has slowed down because I was able to find the same item on Amazon.com that is being sold for far less that being offered through PCH.

We have not yet received any notice from PCH which tells us who has actually won the most recent drawing. What we are receiving only looks like a continuance of the past mail, asking to enter more contests and to make more purchases.

I would be more than happy if my wife was to be notified that she only won enough just to pay for all the postage we have used to enter their contests and/or to order their products.

Be cautious and check the internet for better prices for any products you might want to order.

Good luck but don’t be taken in by PCH.

The PCH Program…Remember this people, this is a numbers scheme.
By advertising the way PCH does it is legal, and everything that is done, is for one purpose only, thats to sell things, which is the nature of the game.
The big money promised is just a ploy..it is in nature to entice you to buy their goods.
Naturally, they will make every effort to get you to buy, by making you wish to be chosen, however, irregardless of how much you buy or spend or enter, your real chances of winning are very slim-to-none. PCH can and doe’s do rollovers, and any money up for winning is a lead for you to get involved. Again, it’s a scheme to get you to buy, even though”they (PCH) say in the rules that you don’t have to buy to win. ( Note ) The term roll-over simply means carried over in-to the next sales pitch. Good luck if you play the game, I’ve spent almost 9 years playing this game, and my brother-in-law started playing when PCH started this game, none with any results, so maybe you will be wasting your time, or maybe not, who knows but have fun.

They should be required to publish

I am actually starting to think PCH is a scam sometimes. Of course like everyone else, I too want to believe I can win but at 21, I see the ages of all the others that do and I must say Me compared to them? Looks like its going to take another 20 to 30 years. Lately I haven’t seen any one that looked under the age of 25 win. Maybe this is just for older people. However college does not wait for you to be older to win so I guess I am just out of luck.

To the millions who play, pray, and stay commited to the pch sweepstakes… Keep trying!… “Someone is got to win ” eventually. And hopefully its me, but it could be anybody! I try everyday, to stay faithfull to my entries, for the life changing experience that ive been looking for pch to give me and my 3 boys. even if I dont have my phone or email , ill see that I do everything I can to get to my email and submit as many entries as possible because I truly believe im gonna win this sweepstakes one day!
When I was a little girl I was staying with my granny in Florida. I remember some of my first memories being that of me and granny , (rest her soul) going thru the papers and article from the manilla envelopes pch was so well known for, just to find the prize winning seals. Then we would complete the entries , I would lick the envelopes for her… For extra luck… And we would walk it to the mailbox, lift the flag, pray, and talk about how we could spend the money when we win the sweepstakes. Always promising to give the ten percent back to the lord first before anything! I can remember when I was 14( yrs later) I was sent to spend unfortunately ,my last summer with this amazing lady, & she was sitting at the table one morning, searching once again thru that envelope, for her winning prize seal. She could not see to well so I sat next to her ,jokingly picking at her and helping her find her seal, in true disbelief that she was still (at 73) waiting on her big WINNING MOMENT TO COME TO LIFE , by the PCH PRIZE PATROL!!! I asked her why she has not given up on that silly sweepstakes by then , and still today can’t forget ,what she said next… “”Babygirl , nothing is just handed to u in this world today. Most people kill them selves daily to stay afloat in life. 24¢, a little spit, and a short walk to the mailbox from time to time is all it takes , and we could in return win a million dollars! Not to mention I could use the exercise, but my family would never struggle again in life. And that is more than enough for me to still continue to try to win it! Besides someone is gonna win it, it might as well be us! But” only” if we do make the effort and enter.”” and with that being said, I rushed the entrie to the box, prayed, and lifted that flag, on my granny’s very last entry made, in the pch sweepstakes. She then passed away two weeks later, and when I got my first computer and email address, one of the very first web sites I searched for was pch , and I entered the sweepstakes. Believing that one day IM GONNA WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
IN 2008 I had just gotten my first home and just started pch sweepstakes a month or two tops, when I recieved a phone call… A woman claiming to be from pch exec team, stating she was confirming my info and address so that the prize patrol can come to opelika ,and give that big winning check to its new owner, ME!!! I cried so hard in disbelief ,yet amazed and overwhelmed, that the woman actually teared up with me while congratulating me on the win, and making sure im there at home waiting for my winning moment to come true. . . A short 3 minute conversation that day led to the absolutely most devistating day of my life! Remembering my granny’s words of wisdom and beliefs, I never even prepared myself for it not to be true… But after SIX LONG ANXIOUS HOURS OF PACING AND WAITING, I hit the floor screaming and crying upset to the fullest that someone would have actually pulled that horrible prank on me , and my 3 boys. I was devestated over a silly prank for weeks! I felt violated and never wanted to play again. . . But I cant do that no matter how hard I think I wanna stop, my heart keeps reminding me of grannys words of wisdom, “if u get the chance to enter to win, TAKE IT AND KEEP TRYING, AnD BELIEVING, UNTIL U WIN! (Or pass on) as she did.
My granny was the greatest woman I ever met. And I truly believe one day her dream could still come true for our family, if I only keep trying, and believing.!!! “I BELIEVE still, EVEN AFTER I WAS DECIEVED HORRIBLY! So im telling you, I know you can believe in it too!!! Keep trying with me everyone, because “its gonna be somebody… Why not ME!!!! Or Why not YOU..
Believing can lead to achieving your dreams, only if you WILL allow yourself to dream.

I’ve been trying to fill these out since I was 18. I’m not 21 and have not won anything. Reading these comments it seems like I was naive to think I’d win anything soon. My Mother though has been playing for years. We do buy stuff occasionally and I actually like the items you sell. I don’t buy for a better chance, because it clearly says purchases will not increase your chance of winning, but because I can use the item and I like it.

So many people are struggling and I feel bad for those who are struggling in today’s economy. I say keep filling out the forms and sending them in and/or filling them out on the internet. I feel like it doesn’t cost a dang thing and you might just win.

Hope everyone’s year is going amazing! Wish you all love and happiness.
