When Joseph Evasew of Bradenton, Florida answered the door and found the Prize Patrol waiting for him with a giant check, he cut right to the chase. “Oh my God,” he said. “How much?” After wondering aloud what he should do with the $10,000, he said, “I was in the bathroom. If I knew it was you the first time, I would have answered the door!”
Joseph said he has been entering the sweepstakes for years… long before one could enter online. Joseph’s mom, who was also home, said, “You see it all the time on TV and it’s like, nobody down the street ever won.” And now what does she think about the possibility of people in her neighborhood winning, including her own son? “Down the street won!
