Jeffrey Hovan and his wife were out shopping in Oak Hill, Florida when PCH Prize Patrol arrived at a neighbor’s house and asked her to call the Hovans. After being told that they had a special delivery, Jeffrey came home and was greeted by Prize Patrol with balloons, flowers, a bottle of Champagne and a big check worth $20,000! “I have tears in my eyes,” said Jeffrey. “This is the biggest thing that I’ve won.”

Jeffrey said he plans to pay some bills and go on a trip with his winnings. “We’re having our 20th anniversary in 2023,” said his Mrs. Hovan. “We’ll probably do a cruise or something.” Jeffrey said he gets an email from Publishers Clearing House for PCH Lotto and PCH Frontpage, which is how he normally enters. His sage advice for others? “You’ve got to be in it to win it,” he said. “Don’t stop playing!”
