    1. Hello Terrice, We certainly take the issue of scams and the illegal use of our name by scammers very seriously; that’s why we regularly educate our fans on what they can do to protect themselves. Unfortunately, scammers aren’t always easy to locate since many of them operate out of country. You can do your part to help us by reporting all scam contacts that you receive. Here’s how to report scammers on Facebook: http://bit.ly/ReportPCHScamFB and all other scam contacts can be reported to PCH via this link: http://bit.ly/Report-Scam-To-PCH. It’s important to remember that the real PCH will never send you a private message or friend request, and we’ll never ask for money to claim a prize. I encourage you to take a look at this blog article for some great tips on how you can stop scammers from contacting you on Facebook: http://bit.ly/StopFBScammers.

  2. I have been getting emails about 750,000 tokens, 300,000 tokens and 200,000 tokens but, when clicked on, I get “This page is not working.” There seems to be an awful lot of technical issues.

    1. Hi Myrtle! We’d be happy to look into that for your but we’re going to need a little more information. Please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to help. You can find all our contact information right here: http://bit.ly/ContactPCH. We look forward to hearing from you!

  6. Sorry, I have a statement not a question. I would like to let you know that I will not be purchasing anything from Publishers Clearing House goods wise until you put the shipping costs back on the order page. I don’t want to have to go to the check out to see how much shipping is going to be. I know that’s probably one of the reasons you’ve done that is shipping is so high that that’s what deters most of us from ordering in the first place; but by not having there I think it’s a little bit deceitful and I wanted to let you know that I’m just skimming through the stuff now I will not even considering ordering even when I do want something.

While we’re on that subject of shipping, I believe something needs to be done with shipping costs related to a cost of object purchased. I for one and I’m sure many of your customers do not order because of shipping something that could be sent in a postal envelope and you charge 30 bucks because it’s fairly expensive and I believe you could really make a major difference in the amount of products you sell. I’ve always wondered if that is where you make your profits…
I hope you take this with its intended spirit of helpfulness.

    1. Hi Karl, thanks for the feedback! In order to bring our customers the unbeatable deals they’ve come to expect we must charge each customer the appropriate shipping and handling on all non-magazine orders. Our shipping and handling fees are not calculated based on the size of the package, but rather on the value of the shipment. The more expensive the product, the higher the customer will pay on shipping and handling. If you have any question we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. & Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time: https://bit.ly/ContactPCH. Let me know if you need anything else!

  7. I receive a notice about winning sweepstakes every month or so with the wrong last name. Address is same and firs name and middle initial is right , but last name is wrong. My wife always changes to right last name but it will come back wrong next time. What do I do to get this corrected if I were to win with wrong last name. I also get notices with correct name.

    1. Hi Harold, remember that the real PCH doesn’t notify our major prize winners via phone, standard mail, email, or social media, and we never ask for money to claim a prize. Please report any details you have about that scam contact to us at this link: http://bit.ly/Report-Scam-To-PCH. I also encourage you to check out these Safety Tips for some great info on what to watch for: https://bit.ly/FraudProtection2. Also, in order to assist you with the name change, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team. I would like to know if there is a Larry page who is a representative of PHC the person who is calling me is saying that to me I have his phone number it’s 917-###-#### he told me that they were going to help me pay off my credit cards so my cards are maxout, and I am paying them back I don’t work because I am crippled and I don’t drive so I can’t get to the bank and he’s called me 3 times already telling me that they PCH was going to deposit 50.0000 in my account so that I could pay off my credit cards and would know that this is real so if you would like to contact me at 352 ### #### and I have been playing PCH for a long time I would like to catch these people and put them in jail thank you for your concern

    1. Hi John! That is not the real PCH calling you; it’s a scammer that’s only pretending to be from PCH. Please do not call that number, do not give the scammer any personal info including bank account information, and definitely do not send them any money if they ask. If you haven’t already done so, please report that scam contact to us via the following link: http://bit.ly/Report-Scam-To-PCH. I encourage you to read these Safety Tips too: https://bit.ly/FraudProtection2. Please be careful everyone; don’t become a scammer’s victim!

  9. Hello Publishers Clearing house , I have played your game for some 40 years, and now you are teasing me with a potential win. If I were to be chosen to win 10mil I would donate 2.5mil to St Jude’s and 2.5 to Schriner’s hosp. I lost my son to two hateful women and now I want to help those that cant help themselves get the help they need through Publishers Clearing House. I know you people support St Jude’s and I want to be part of a force to helping afflicted children and people. GOD BLESS AMERICA And thank You P C H for this God given chance to help this Great Nation.!
