$25,000.00 Winner Speaks Out On The Inside PCH show!

When Tony Singer won $25,000.00 back in September, she couldn’t believe her fortune! The Massachusetts resident was floored when she saw the Prize Patrol show up at her house and, at first, she didn’t even believe it was them!

Maybe it was the blue blazers? Or perhaps it was the big check that from behind could resemble a “for sale” sign, but avid PCH fan Tony Singer mistook the Prize Patrol for professionals of a different sort.

“I was outside cleaning out my car, and prior to them walking over, I thought they were Realtors!”

But Tony soon learned their real identities—Howie Guja and Dave Sayer—and had the thrill of a lifetime. And she wasn’t the only person who had a blast – when Howie arrived back at PCH headquarters, he was raving about Tony’s reaction and personality.

“We’ve gotta get her on our show Inside PCH,” he enthused. So, I called her up, and she was more than willing to give it a go via Skype! Watch her winning moment and the follow-up interview on Inside PCH below!

How fun was that? I spoke with Tony later on, and she said that the interview almost didn’t happen! A technical glitch nearly stopped her before she could even begin.

“I had set up and made sure everything was working, but it stopped working the morning of [the show]! I was so stressed out because I couldn’t figure it out, but then we finally got it working. It ended up being so much fun!”

Ever since appearing on Inside PCH, speaking out has become a pastime for Tony!

“I went on the site that shows the PCH winners, and I’ve responded to people who say that “nobody from Massachusetts wins” and I tell them, ‘No, I’m from Cape Cod and I won!’ And then people say that only the elderly win, and so I say ‘I’m 45 and I won!’”

Tony also wants people out there to know that her shock and amazement at winning is 100% authentic. Some people ask if the winners know that the Prize Patrol is on the way, and they totally don’t!

“It’s the fun of not knowing. People think you get warned, but I didn’t get warned at all. I was totally shocked!”

Tony was a pleasure to have on Inside PCH, and the only thing she wished was different was that it lasted longer!

“It was so much fun, I had a blast! It could have gone on longer!”

Finally, we asked Tony what she was going to do with the money.

“I gave $1,000.00 to my neighbor. I had promised it to him. He didn’t believe that I’d follow through with it! Then we paid off our bills, and now we have no debt aside from our townhouse! That’s exciting. We put away money for taxes and then we’re going to go to Costa Rica. We can finally afford it and have a blast! We’ve never had that kind of vacation. And we’re also researching a car to buy.”

That sounds great, right? Tony was a dream guest for Inside PCH, and we are so glad everything is working out for her!

  1. yes, it is always someone else and most likely someone far away, but you see no one knows these people or a lot of cities where they won. Like I said I have over 120 million tokens and have played hundreds of games just to be able to buy myself a new truck , that I cannot afford on SS. I have recieved 2 of 3 $10.00 checks they say I have won. never recd. last one. I have played over 1and 1/2 years now just about every day and ordered T V Guide, but thats not enough. FYI

    1. Hello Larry, while I can understand that it may get discouraging at times, you’ve got to be “in it to win it”. Keep in mind that we do receive millions of entries, but only one person can win each giveaway. However, every entry you submit has the same fair chance as every other entry we receive, so keep trying. Our winners are randomly selected and there’s no way to know who we’re going to surprise next. To see all of your entry options each day, click here: Good luck to you and all who enter!!
