Hey Blog Readers, it’s me, your pal Lucky, the PCH Big Check here and, as you can see, I’ve been working hard flexing my border and crunching my numbers to get ready for the big $1,000.00 A Day For Life Special Early Look Prize Event on October 25th!
Can you believe Prize Day is less than 1 month away already?!? Ooh, I’ve been planning for this day for such a long time! I’ve been lifting moneybags at the gym like crazy to make sure my zeros don’t get too round… shining my seal every chance I get… and making sure my payline is strong enough to carry such an incredible prize… so I can be sure I look my best when we meet our winner for the very first time!
I’m definitely pumped to meet our next winner! But will our winner be ready to meet a PCH Prize Check like me?
It’s a question that plays over and over in my mind as I run up and down stairs and practice ringing doorbells, anticipating every possible obstacle to getting up to our winner’s door on the big day. Sometimes Danielle practices with me… she’ll open the door smiling, pretending to be a winner, and give me a big hug for motivation… but that’s not how it always happens…
The truth is, Blog Readers, lots of times, when I get to the door, it gets slammed in my face by winners who aren’t ready!
They sometimes scream, “This can’t be happening!” or “You can’t be real!” and try to run back inside! Can you imagine?!? I work so hard to look good… train for months to be able to carry a prize like this… and they run away at the sight of me like I’m a horror movie villain (even when it isn’t Halloween time!)! Of course, the other Prize Patrol members console me and tell me the winner is just excited, but I can’t help it — I start to shake, my ink runs, my payline starts quivering at the thought of them not wanting us there and, when they finally come out to accept their award, I can’t help feeling like an expired coupon instead of a million bucks!
So, Blog Friends, please, tell me – if you see me at your door on October 25th, will YOU be ready? Let me know in the comments below!
I need to hear that you’d be happy to see me on award day, no matter what I look like, because this time, we’re doing a Special Early Look and that means if no one returns the matching winning number for the $1,000.00 A Day For Life Prize, we’ll still do a random drawing and get to award an incredible $1,000,000.00 payout!
Lots of places wouldn’t even give any money away, but I’m so thankful that we’re PCH and we won’t hesitate to go out on the road and make someone a millionaire no matter what! Oh, but $1,000,000.00 has EVEN MORE ZEROS than $1,000.00 A Day for Life doesn’t it?!? And I won’t know until the last minute which prize we’re giving away so I’d better get back to practicing moving my decimal point so I’m ready for anything!
