MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY: CHOOSE HOPE!

Mondays. At some point or another, we all get a case of them. The new work week starts, and the weekend seems eons away! But that’s not the only way to look at it. This is Motivational Monday, and I’m here to get you moving!

Actor and in my opinion, true-life superhero, Christopher Reeve said, “Once you choose hope, anything’s possible.” For me, those are inspiring words from a truly inspiring man. Monday may feel gloomy sometimes, but we can also think of it as a fresh start, and it’s also the perfect time to choose hope! We can say to ourselves, “something good is going to happen this week.” I’ll let you in on a little secret. Every Monday, I try to make a little change in my schedule. I’ll usually take a different route to work or do something out of my normal routine – just to see what happens.
