  2. I’m heartbroken. I received a call saying it was PCH and I was their chosen winner for this month’s drawing. Everything sounded so official and up and up. I supposedly won $10,000,00 and a Mercedes car. All sounded great until they said the USA government collects $499.00 in order to deliver the winnings. Here we are losing our home and our truck is falling apart. Husband lost his job over a month ago plus 2 other jobs before this. I’m 70 yrs old and going back to work despite my health and weakness. We are holding on by a thread and we are told we have to come up with this money. Can’t understand how this could have happened. I thought there were no charges on winnings.
