  1. A couple of months back I advised you of over 17,000,000 points you shorted me. Then you began throwing back 750,000 to me regularly and then you began again by taking away 1,000,000+ almost each day. Just now the game I was playing gave me a score and took away ALL that was accumulated for 8 consecutive stations in 2 consecutive games making your total on just 2 games for a total of 1,650,000. This to include the 17,000,000 you already owed me + another 13,500,000 for the past couple of months to put a total over 31,150,000. You should:
    1) Correct your discrepancy’s
    2) Repair your games to be consistent in the scoring
    3) Try being HONEST with all your games

  2. As the day goes on the games get worse. They go “white” screen, they enlarge to a point to only see 3 cubes lower half of the bottom row and the game cannot be moved. Instead you need to return to the “games” selection and begin again. This problem only exists on PCH games. If you can dream of a problem which might occur, it has occurred with your games. PCH games dept apparently can only create new games and not maintain the current existing games. As I originally stated, fire the games dept mgr and invite any of the others under that person to join them.
To start viewing games, try Mahjong Minute, then try Solitaire minute, then try anything else as they all most likely have the same problems. They give me the impression of what you would expect to see in a communist or socialist country.

  3. PCH games: Games are supposed to be somewhat fun and relaxing. However I have come to believe PCH games are everything but. They have a timer that functions very well but, the actual games don’t. They stutter, jitter, freeze, or go into slow motion. The scoring, either doesn’t add, but subtract (for me, in excess of 17,000,000 just this year alone and nearly 1,000,000 this week. Your games segment of PCH has stated, updating, repairing, etc., only to have your games play worse than before and the problems stated above worsen. The management of your games should be given one of two choices, fix them to play honestly and fairly OR find another place of employment. Those individuals actually doing the work can have the same options. I have been a customer of PCH for 34 years and have seen this segment of PCH go from good to utterly deplorable. Should PCH allow this to continue it will tell me something about PCH in general of which I will have difficulty understanding. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    1. Hello James, Thank you for contacting PCH. In order for us to assist you with your technical problems, we will need a bit more information. We kindly ask that you contact us at your convenience. Our customer service representatives may be reached at We look forward to hearing from you.

  4. I have been playing PCH for some years (294 million tokens). And have been playing 60 Second Word Search for almost the whole time. I have scored more than the leader many times and almost always score enough to be in top ten. For example I scored 48,000 points yesterday at 6:54pm while the leader Greg S had 41,000 and the 10th had 31,900. I never make the list. Very odd that the list can stay the same for weeks. It sometimes shows new leaders, but later it always goes back the the same leaders. Greg S has been the leader with the same score for months now.

  5. I just went through one of your emails showing items to order. When I got to the end, I was told I had ordered an item. I did not order anything and when I went to check out to delete that item, it did not show me what I supposedly ordered and did not give me an option to delete it. Please look at my account and cancel that item or tell me where to log in to cancel it myself.

    1. Hi Richard! We’d be happy to assist you with this but we’re going to need a little more information. Please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to help. You can find all our contact information right here: We look forward to hearing from you!

  6. Yes, I received a call today from a Terry Atkinson, who claimed to be a PCH employee. His phone number is $$$ $$$-$$$$. He said that I had won and said that I needed to purchase, what he called a Coin Card for $400.00 to be able to win this money of 14 million.
I told him that I did not believe him & that I was going to contact PCH. These kind of scams have got to stop. Luckily I am a senior & live on a fixed income, which is barely enough to live on. I hope that PCH can get these scams stopped.
    Thank you,
    Carol S$$$$$$

    1. Hi Carol! Please report all contacts from scammers to PCH via this link: PCH does partner with the Federal Trade Commission and we send all scam reports to them so please make sure you let us know anytime a scammer contacts you. Remember, the real PCH never notifies major prize winners via phone, standard mail, email, or social media, and we never ask winners to pay to claim their prize. You can see more Safety Tips here: Stay safe!

  7. I received an email today telling me I left an item in the cart and did not complete the order. I looked at the information you sent me, and I did not want and did not order that item. I must have accidentally clicked on it or, in some way, ordered it by not being careful. I do not want the item and would like that order to be cancelled. Please tell me you have forwarded this to the correct person to get it canceled. You have my name and my membership number, so you certainly should be able to do that for me. Thank you.
