Happy #WinnerWednesday and … happy birthday to me!

Yes, this blog happens to post on my birthday and this year I’m going to celebrate it two ways with my family. First, we’re going to take a special day trip to New York City together. Second, on the weekend before the fourth of July we’re going to have dinner on the beach and watch a fireworks show – something I love to do every year.

But I’m not the only person who’s celebrating around here! PCH winners of smaller prizes are celebrating, too! Winners of $10, $25, $50 and more are jumping for joy upon receiving a check from Publishers Clearing House. And let’s meet two of them right now! (They did not send me their photos, by the way, but I’m sure they both had big smiles on their faces when they recently commented on the PCH Blog about their “winning moments.”)

Emma M. writes, “I was surprised and so thankful to win $100 from PCH last year. I’ve been in to win about half my lifetime (started during the “postage mail” era). I am now 79 and still dreaming to leave a super legacy for my daughters.”

Emma goes on to tell me she’s been entering the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes for 45 years! She now diligently enters the sweeps from the PCH.com home page, and she also enjoys PCHlotto, PCHkeno and PCHsearch&win, plus scratch-off and instant win games. She’s been playing on a daily basis since she retired 12 years ago. Congratulations, Emma, you are an inspiration to our fans! Persistence DOES pay off!

Lydia S., a $10 PCH winner, writes that she “would be honored to help inspire readers for the ‘WinnerWednesday’ blog!” “I honestly did not intend to be playing for this long!” says Lydia. “I got my laptop and saw PCH on TV and thought. ‘I may or may not win, but I will try it!’ Now, it’s like part of my day, just like cleaning! I play for a while, then I clean…. Now, I’m just waiting to see what happens next…”

Lydia explains that she enters as many PCH sites a day as possible, including all special promotions, so she doesn’t miss out on anything! “I started entering PCH in 2016 and haven’t looked back since!” she adds. “I wake up every day smiling & thinking, someday the PCH Prize Patrol will drive up and I will be the next Big Winner!”

Yes, indeed, PCH prize winners have reason to rejoice, and YOU, too, could be celebrating your small but mighty win. Just be sure to enter every day in every way possible and perhaps someday real soon you’ll be partying just like it’s your birthday!
